Introduction

This policy explains what personal information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. The Croman family runs the site to share the paintings of the late Michael Croman and answer questions about available work. By using the site, you agree to this policy.

We collect only what we need to run the site and respond to you.

Information you give us. When you use the inquiry form, we receive your first name, last name, email address, the subject or painting title you enter, and your message. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. The site is hosted by Wix.com, which automatically records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, your approximate location, and the date and time of your visit.

This website does not currently process payments or collect payment card details.

How we use information

We use your information to:

Reply to your questions about paintings, including availability, size, and price.
Arrange a purchase, pickup, or delivery if you decide to buy.
